TELENİTY İLETİŞİM SİSTEMLERİ SAN. VE TİC. A.Ş. is allowed to process the personal data belonging to our business partners in line with the purposes specified below under the scope of our ongoing business relationships established with our business partners (it is possible to include a person in more than one categories) based on the principles specified below:

i) Compliance with the law and rules of integrity,

ii) Being accurate and updated when required,

iii) Processing of personal data for definite, clear and legitimate purposes,

iv) Processing of personal data commensurately in conjunction with and as limited to the purpose of processing them,

v) Retention of the personal data for a period of time required by the relevant legislation and the purpose of processing them, as required by the article 4.2 of KVKK.

Our Visitors

Identity details of our visitors (for example name, surname) information on the safety of physical space (for example camera records);

shall be processed for the purpose of:

a) keeping and monitoring the records of visitors,

b) ensuring the safety of the physical space.

Our Online Visitors

Information on process security belonging to our online visitors using our website (for example IP address details) and identity details (if you have provided us) and contact details (for example your email address);

shall be processed for the purpose of:

Employee of our Supplier

Identity details, contact details, information on the safety of physical space, information on professional experience (for example details of vocational training); 

Shall be processed for the purpose of:

b) carrying out/ supervision of business activities,

d) carrying out the supply chain management processes,

details, financial information, marketing information, information on legal transactions belonging to our supplier officer shall be processed for the purpose of:

a) carrying out/ supervision of business activities,

b) carrying out the sale processes for goods and services,

c) carrying out finance and accounting transactions,

d) carrying out the contracting processes,

e) carrying out investment processes,

f) ensuring the safety of the physical space,

g) following up and monitoring legal affairs.

Your personal data which are itemized in the form of categories above are collected automatically or by non-automatic means through physical means like order forms sugar contracts, visitor forms or information systems and electronic devices (for example telecommunication infrastructure, computers and phones), third parties (for example KKB and Findeks), our website and other documents declared by the relevant persons.

Your personal data are processed by TELENİTY İLETİŞİM SİSTEMLERİ SAN VE TİC. A.Ş. based on the following legal reasons set forth in the article 5 of KVKK in line with the realization of the purposes explained above:

i) When processing of personal data is explicitly required by the relevant laws,

ii) When processing of the personal data of the parties to a contract is required provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of the contract,

iii) When processing the personal data is required for the performance of the obligations of the data controller,

iv) When processing the personal data is required for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,

v) When processing the personal data is required for the protection of the legitimate interests of the data controllers provided that the basic rights and liberties of the relevant person is not thereby impaired.

When data processing cannot be based on one of the above mentioned legal reasons your personal data may be processed with your explicit consent.

a) Personal data belonging to our visitors may be shared with law enforcement and judicial authorities for the purpose of the settlement of legal disputes if requested pursuant to the relevant legislation.

b) Personal data belonging to our online visitors: may be shared with judicial authorities and authorized public institutions and organizations if requested pursuant to the relevant legislation.

c) Personal data belonging to our customers: may, under the scope required by the legal regulations, be transferred to the authorized public institutions and organizations for the purpose of carrying out business activities in accordance with the relevant legislation, following up and carrying out legal affairs and providing information to the authorized persons, institutions and organizations and they may further be transferred to our group of companies, suppliers, cargo companies, insurance companies, banks and our financial advisors for the purpose of carrying out/ supervising business activities, carrying out the risk management processes, performing our services as required, to the extent reasonably necessary. Those personal data may further be transferred to the law office from which we receive legal services and judicial authorities for being used as an evidence regarding the legal disputes that may occur in the future.

d) Personal data belonging to our potential customers; maybe transferred to the law office from which we receive service and judicial authorities for being used as an Evidence regarding the legal disputes that may occur in the future.

e) Personal data belonging to our supplier employees: may, under the scope required by the legal regulations, be transferred to the authorized public institutions and organizations for the purpose of carrying out activities in accordance with the relevant legislation, following up and carrying out legal affairs, providing information to the authorized persons, institutions and organizations and carrying out/ supervising business activities and they may further be transferred to our group of companies, suppliers, cargo companies, banks and our financial advisors for the purpose of performing the services as required, to the extent reasonably necessary. Those personal data may further be transferred to the law office from which we receive legal services and judicial authorities for being used as an evidence regarding the legal disputes that may occur in the future.
