Telenity’s number one priority has been and will continue to be to provide innovative solutions that support the ongoing success of our communication service provider (CSP) customers and partners.

With 6 billion mobile subscribers around the world and over 1 billion machine-to-machine (M2M) connections, the mobile industry is larger than ever. I believe the future of mobile is promising as long as we address the needs of the markets effectively and innovatively whether they have access to feature phones only with limited data access, or smartphones, tablets, and other smart devices with access to the next-generation data networks.

Since its inception, Telenity’s number one priority has been and will continue to be to provide innovative solutions that support the ongoing success of our communication service provider (CSP) customers and partners.

According to industry analysts, the pressure from lower voice revenues and the loss of value-added services (VAS) business to over-the-top (OTT) players like Google, Apple and Skype will lead CSPs to focus on:

  • Reducing their operational costs even further
  • Protecting their revenues through customer experience management
  • Creating new revenue resources through innovative personalized services and use of the “Big” customer data they own
  • Exposing their network assets to third parties to facilitate service innovation and new business models

As Telenity, we are focused on supporting our current and future CSP customers across the globe to achieve their objectives in increasing revenues and staying profitable.
I believe we are well-positioned to do so with our global footprint and the expertise of our organization that both add greatly to the depth of our product portfolio. In February, we announced several key products in areas of customer consent management, partner management, location-based mobile marketing, location-based enterprise resource tracking, and M2M device connectivity and service enablement solutions.
